RE : Mr. & Mrs. Steven Weiss - Fence at 3554 Sito Baya
Dear Mr. Wayne:
This letter will confirm our telephone conversation of
earlier today regarding the appeal of Steven Weiss concerning his fence. My secretary has already filed his filing fee of $175.00, plus the envelope proving that he did not receive notice of the decision denying the administrative variance until September 8,
1988. Thus, our appeal was timely.
As I also informed you, I will be out of town during the
first two (2) weeks of October and will be unable to attend the
Planning Commission Hearings scheduled for either Wednesday,
October 5th, or October 19th.
Furthermore, on Wednesday, November 2, 1988, I must leave early in the afternoon for a hearing in Bakersfield on Thursday morning, November 3, 1988 thus I cannot attend the Planning Commission Meeting on that Wednesday night. However, Wednesday night, November 16, 1988 would be an available date. I certainly appreciate your courtesy in this respect.
