There s no hardship on the applicant, and if he is allowed a six foot wall within the required front yard setback, then everyone should be entitled to the same regulation (or change the rules). "% This wall would be on my west property line, and I do not want to look at a six foot wall in the setbackrdf his property. The owner ofthis property has been violating regulations for years by parking cars and boats in the front yard. You can believe that we will be watching this project from its inception and we will insist he complies with all city codes,
