Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been
applied for to allow a reduction in minimum lot width from 75' to
73' and 72' for two adjacent lots on property generally located
east of Seaview Drive and west of future Maria Lane: APN: 167-
070-30, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Parcel 3 of Parcel Map 14467 as recorded on
September 17, 1986, in the County of San
Diego.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or
wish to have an informal hearing to discuss the requested
variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas
Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of
the date of this notice. If you have any questions, please call
