Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow an open exterior stairway to encroach up to 3-1/2 feet into an existing 6-1/2 foot wide rear yard setback on property generally located at 5051 Shore
Drive, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot No. 18 of Map No. 2696, Terramar Unit No. 1, on fi 1 e
with the County Recorder, County of San Diego.
