Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to
allow a 6 ft. wall in front yard setback on property generally located at 2564 Navarra Drive, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 1, Tract 73-32, Map #7993 of the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, CA.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an
informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning
