Notice is hereby given that an Administrative Variance has been applied for to allow a single-family residence to observe a 5'-11" side yard setback where a 6'3" setback is required. on property generally located at 2803 Wilson Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
That portion of Lot 4 of Wilsonia Tract, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California
according to the map thereof No. 2169, filed in the
office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
August 13, 1929.
