RE: APPEAL OF ADMlNlSlRATnrE VARlANcE 89-07
The Planning Department has received your request to appeal to the Planning Commission the
Planning Director decision on Administrative Variance 89-07. Before the Planning Department
can schedule your appeal to the Planning Commission, a more accurate site plan of the
property, drawn to scale, is required. In order for the Engineering Department to accurately
evaluate the issue of driveway site distance and the percentage of the wall that would be
impacted by providing the appropriate site distance, the site plan must include an accurate
location of the wall, driveway, curb, gutter and sidewalk, in addition to the height of the wall at
various points along it’s length. Also required is an accurate location of driveways of both
adjacent properties and a street section for 150 feet in each direction.
To help illustrate your case also include on the site plan the location of the house in relationship
to the driveway. If you have any questions concerning the site plan requirements for
