Notice is hereby given that an Administrative Variance has been applied for to
allow a an overheight wall in the required 20'-0" front yard setback in a single- family residential zone. The wall ranges in height from 42" to 6--6", and
encroaches 6" into the public right-of-way along the front property line. The
property generally located at 2246 Janis Way, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 26 of Carlsbad Tract No. 81-19, unit No. 2 Mar Y
Montanas Map No. 11594 filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, August 20, 1986.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning
