SUBJECT: Administrative Variance
Thank you for applying for Land Use Permits in the City of Carlsbad. The Planning Department has reviewed your Variance, application no. AV 89-07, as to its completeness for processing.
The application is incomplete, as submitted. Attached are two lists. The first list is information which must be provided to complete your application. The second 1 i st is issues of concern to staff. To help speed processing of the application, it is suggested that all required information on the lists be'

a. Location and length of subject wall. b. At various points along the wall indicate it’s height. c. A summary table indicating site acreage, existing zone, and land use. d. Legal description and Assessor’s Parcel Number. e. Scale.
ENGINEERING:
1. Show road and road elevations 150’ in each direction in order to check sight distance.
ISSUES OF CONCERN

2. Location of wall in the public right-of-way, (Encroachment Permit Requi red) .
