Dear Mr. Gibson:
Per the August 31, 1989, request of the Planning Director, the following is submitted in order to complete the above-referenced application for an administrative variance:
1. There are no walls or fences on the property other than the one for which the variance is requested, which is depicted on the site plan submitted with the application on August 1, 1989.
2. Attached is the 300-foot radius map and property owner’s list.
I would appreciate it if you would call and confirm that the
application is complete as soon as possible and indicate a probable date for a decision. Dr. Scott is unable to complete the wall or his landscaping until a decision is reached. Thank you for your kind attention to this matter.
