Staff has reviewed your proposed striping plan for Avenida Encinas submitted May 5,1990.
The proposed "striping only" plan has not sufficiently addressed the issue of channelization.
The use of raised medians to reinforce positive channelization that should limit traffic
conflicts must be incorporated into future plans. Exhibit "C" has been marked in pencil to
identify requested changes and is included for your reference.
