Per our telephone conversation of last week, CalMat Properties Co. is not supportive of, and at this point, objects to the above- listed administrative variance and requests an informal hearing for discussion purposes.
You indicated to me that you would attempt to schedule a meeting for Thursday, May 31, at 10:00, and that, in any event, the variance would not be processed without our inclusion in an informal hearing.
As I have been unable to reach you by telephone, this letter will serve as written confirmation of our current understanding.
