Please review the enclosed site plan for an above ground encroachment at 2815 Wilson Street
involving the encroachment of a retaining wall 2.0 feet into the Wilson Street (60' ROW) easement.
If you have any objections or require further information, please contact Jim Davis at 438-1161.
Failure to respond within ten (10) working days, by May 8, 1990 will be interpreted to mean the
existing encroachment has your endorsement.
