HomeMy WebLinkAboutAV 90-05; Flaming Variance; Administrative Variance (AV) (26)NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive (formerly Elm Avenue), Carlsbad, California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, February 20,1991, to consider approval of an appeal to the Planning Commission of a Planning Director's decision denying an Administrative Variance to: (1) allow the required front yard setback of 20' to be reduced to 10.3', and (2) to allow a retaining wall in the public right-of-way to exceed the maximum wall height of 42" to a height of 54" on property generally located at 2815 Wilson Street between Buena Vista Way and Forrest Avenue in Local Facilities Management Zone 1 and more particularly described as: Parcel 1 of parcel map #2624, filed May 7,1974 in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego County Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after February 14,1991. If you have any questions, please call Van Lynch in the Planning Department at 438-1161, ext. 4325. If you challenge the Administrative Variance in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public hearing.
