NOTICE OF REOUES FOR ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a
reduced frontyard set back from 20' to 10.3' and an increase in retaining wall height in
public right of way from 42" maximum height to 54" on property generally located at
2815 Wilson Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Parcel 1 of Parcel Map No. 2624, filed May 7, 1974 in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, being a
survey of a portion of to 4 of Wilsonia Tract, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to Map No. 2169, filed August 13, 1929. .
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the reqdested variance, please notify the Planning Department,
