Dear Mr. Flaming:
As you know, your responsive pleadings in this lawsuit were due on
August 24, 1989. On that date, I received your letter indicating
that you would pursue your building permits and apply for variances
which are required for both the construction of the wall and garage
’ CGde Enforcement Officer has informed me that he has not received
an application for a plan check or the required variances. Under
the circumstances, I respectfully request that you follow through
on this commitment or file responsive pleadings no later than
Wednesday, September 27, 1989 or I will request the court to enter
your default.
Please take care of this matter immediately.
