Pursuant to my conversation with you, I respectfully request that the schedule for a
Planning Commission Hearing on our "Appeal" of the Planning Director's Findings on r
Administrative Variance N0.90-05 be waived; and, rescheduled once We have had the
opporunity to discuss the "Findings" with you & Van Lynch.
I still feel staff's findings are not representative of the circumstances or facts
existing on the property.
