Mr Wayne:
I, Rodger Flaming, respectfully appeai the Planning Directors findings regarding my
Request for Administrative Variance as outlined in City of Carlsbad letter dtd Jun 28,
1990.
I feel the staff's findings are not representative of the circumstances or facts which
exist on my property.
I would welcome the opportunity to present my arguments to the Planning Commission.
I will out of town on business between Jul 14 & Jul 28, 1990. Should you have any
