NOTICE OF MUNICIPAL CODE VIOLATION
ORDER TO REHOVE
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE: As the owner or occupant of the property located at 3438 Carlsbad Boulevard; APN: 204-234-09-05, YOU are hereby notified that you are in violation of Carlsbad's Municipal Code, Sections:
18.04.010, Construction of a deck extension without proper approval or permit .
21.46.110, Maintaining an unpermitted intrusion, a deck extension, into a required yard.
YOU are hereby ordered to be in full compliance with the provisions of the Carlsbad Municipal Code not later than May 11, 1990. This matter will be referred to the City Attorney's Office for legal action if you fail to comply by the above-referenced date.
