Dear Mrs. Hysong:
I am appealing the decision of the Planning Commission regarding the above variance. Enclosed is my check for $470.00 required for this filing. I strongly disagree with the findings regarding this variance especially when there are structures in my area that have encroached the street side yard setback to a greater extent than
that of my second story deck. I feel these findings are untrue and discriminatory and would appreciate having the Planning Commission reconsider my request for a variance.
