RE: CC & R’S FOR BAWALK CT 89-22
Dear Dennis:
Please include some language in article X which notifies homeowners that no structures
such as patio covers may be constructed within ten feet of the Harrison Street or Locust
Street Rights-of-way and not within 20 feet of the Chinquapin Avenue Right-of-way. A
similar 5 foot restriction should be placed on those properties adjacent to the easterly
property line.
In a separate section include language which requires that the homeowners association
approve a basic patio cover design to be used by all of those who can have patio covers.
Please return the CC&R’s for a second review prior to recording them.
