Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a 6
foot combined retaining and yard wall within the front yard setback on property generally
located at the southeast corner of Harrison Street and Chinquapin Avenue, Carlsbad,
California, and more particularly described as:
Lots 1 and 2 in Block "A" of resubdivided portion of tracts
238 and 243 of Thum Lands in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California, according to the map thereof
No. 2103, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County, April 3, 1928.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075
Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of
