I want to express my support for the variance requested by Marshall
Mack. As a resident of Ocean View Estates (3535 Avondale Circle)
for twenty one years, I take a deep interest in our neighborhood
and in Carlsbad.
The variance requested by Mr. Mack is to allow him to keep the wall
which he has built in front of his home. The wall is a beautiful
addition to his property and to the neighborhood. The style
complements and enhances his Mediterranean style home. It is
beautiful in design, texture and color. ,Please do not order the
destruction of the wall without viewing it or at least a color photo.
I and all the neighbors that I have talked to in the immediate vicinity favor this variance.
