ADMINISTRATIVE VARIANCE 91 -2, PARK PLACE APARTMENTS
The map provided indicates the existing fence crosses an easement which
could serve as access for emergency vehicles. If the alley can serve as a
drive lane to or from a public way, I suggest the owner install a gate 8
feet high and10 feet in width across the alley which can be secured by
means of chain and padlock. If the alley is not accessible to vehicles the
Fire Department has no objection to installation of the 8 foot fence.
