Dear Planning Commission:
We are 27 year residents of the Seacrest area in the City of Carisbad and are opposed to the request for administrative variance to allow an 8 foot retaining wall in the rear yard setback concerning Lot 38, of Seacrest Estates, Unit 1 , Commonly known as 3350 Ridgecrest Drive ? in the City of Carisbad.
Without the benefit of our expired CC& R’S . to protect the architectural integrity of Seacrest Estates we can only look forward to you , the City Planning Commission of Carlsbad to enforce and mamtain the compliance of the code concerning this variance request.
