Dear Mr. & Mrs. Parisi:
This letter is to inform you that the Administrative Variance, AV 91-07, for a retaining wall
to exceed the maximum wall height by two feet in the rear yard setback at 3350 Ridgecrest
Drive has been approved. You have the right to appeal the Planning Director's decision.
A written appeal would need to be filed with the Planning Commission within ten day's of
the Planning Directois decision. There is a fee of 110.00 due with the request for an
appeal. The appeal would be heard before the Planning Commission.
