Gentlemen:
My wife and I object to your granting of a variance in the above-referenced case for the following reasons:
1. The abnormal height of the requested retaining wall will obstruct the public and neighbors view.
2. The increased height requested creates a potential
safety hazard.
3. The higher retaining wall requested does not
conform with existing, adjacent fence heights and will not fit
in aesthetically.
Please deny the request.
