RE: AV 9149 - PRlESTER VARIANCE
Dear Mr. Van Horn:
Please find enclosed a copy of the approval of Administrative Variance 91-09. This
variance will allow the open parking of a recreational vehicle in the front yard setback at
3190 Canyon Street. As stated in the approval letter attached, you have the right to
appeal the Planning Director’s decision. The appeal would need to be filed with the City
Clerks’s office within ten days of the Director’s decision. There is a fee of $1 10.00 due
with the request for appeal. The appeal will be heard before the City Council.
