Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow open
parking of a recreational vehicle in the required front yard on property generally located at 3190 Canyon Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 5 of Falcon Hill Unit No. 2, in the City of Carlsbad,
according to Map thereof No. 5311, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, December 17, 1963.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las
Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this
