Dear Mr. Hill:
On November 16, 1993, the City Council approved the appeal of Administrative Variance
91 -1 2(A). This allows for the structure in the eastern side yard setback to remain with a
2 foot side yard setback.
The only outstanding item is the issuance of a building permit for the structure.
Technically the structure is still a violation since building permits have not been issued for
its construction. The City would like to see an application for a building permit within the
next ninety days so that this issue can be resolved. If you have any questions as to the
building permit process or application requirements, please contact Mike Peterson in the
Building department at 438-1 161 extension 4462. Enclosed is a handout on submittal
requirements for building permit application.
