Dear Mr. Lynch:
Thank you very much for including me on the Notice Of Request For Administrative Variance (AV 91-12) regarding the Hill residence. I appreciate being afforded the opportunity to comment on the request
for the variance.
As a resident in close proximity to the Hill property, I would like you to know that I consider Mr. Hill Is storage structure to be compatible with his home and the neighborhood. The structure is quite inconspicuous and in no way detracts from the Hill home or the surrounding properties. It is my understanding that Mr. Hill built the storage structure in compliance with Planning Department requirements, took out the necessary permits, and received the requisite inspections and approvals through the construction process .
In specific regard to the text of your notice, I have no obiections to the granting of this variance. I recommend that the application for the variance be approved. If it is disapproved, would you
please notify me of that action and the schedule of subsequent hearings so that I may plan to attend and speak in support of Mr.
Hill.
