Your application has been tentatively scheduled for Planning Director review on October
14, 1992. In order for us to proceed, we must perform the noticing as required in Section
65091 of the California Government Code. If the required items are not received by
September 30, 1992, your project will be rescheduled for a later hearing. In the event that
the scheduled hearing date is the last available date for the City to comply with the Permit
Streamlining Act, and the required noticing items have not been submitted, the project
will be scheduled for denial.
Please submit two sets of the required 300’ radius map, list of property owners, labels
for each property owner and for the applicant, and postage. Your application will not go
forward until these items have been received. Please sign the attached statement and
return it with your labels.
