In the event that the scheduled hearing date is the last available date for the City to comply with the Permit Streamlining Act, and the required noticing items have not been submitted, the project will be scheduled for denial. Please submit two sets of the required 300’ radius map, list of property owners, labels for each property owner and for the applicant, and postage.
