eight foot retaining wall in the sideyard setback and for a reduced sideyard setback for a
storage structure, from eight (8) feet to three (3) feet, on property generally located at
3317 Cadencia Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 309 of Carlsbad Tract 72-20 (La Costa Vale) Unit No. 3, in
the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 7950, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, June 3, 1974.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please now the Planning Department, 2075 Las
