Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has 'been applied for to allow a deck
intrusion into the rear yard on property generally located at 4694 Telescope Avenue,
Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Map No. 10925, Carlsbad Tract # 82-5(A), Lot #26.
