Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow the
following: a) a reduced side yard setback (resulting from moving the southern property
line from the bottom to the top of the slope), b) over-height fence along side property line
in the front yard setback (existing), c) parking a recreational vehicle in the driveway within
the 20' front yard setback, on property generally located at 7119 Argonauta Way, Carlsbad,
California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 20 of La Costa Meadows Unit No. 4 in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California according to
Map 7367, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las
Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this
