I revisited the site, reviewed the site and reviewed the street
improvement plans. There appears to be no impact to safe sight distance caused by the existing fence. This is due to the angles,
vertical and horizontal of the sight lines from the driveway in relation the direction of the apraoching vehicles and the 15%
uphill grade for the apraoching vehicles.
At the time of my visit a large motorhome was parked in the site
driveway.This motorhome caqses a severe restriction of sight
distance for other vehicles that may be exiting this driveway.
