Dear Mr. & Mrs. Bernat:
Please find enclosed a copy of the approval of Administrative Variance 92-02. This
variance will allow the open parking of a recreational vehicle in the front yard setback at
4866 Hillside Drive. As stated in the approval letter attached, you have the right to appeal
the Planning Director's decision. The appeal would need to be filed with the City Clerk's
office within ten days of the Director's decision. There is a fee of $110.00 due with the
request for appeal. The appeal will be heard before the City Council.
