Dear Mrs. Richardson: The Planning Director has completed a review of your application for an administrative variance at 7108 Mimosa Drive. After careful consideration of the circumstances surrounding this request, the Planning Director has determined that the findings required for granting an administrative variance cannot be made and, therefore, Denies this request based on the following findings: Findinas: 1. Parking in or access to .the side and rear yard would require minimal structural alteration (a section of a 3' wall would need to be removed) and no significant landscaping is expected to be lost. Enough space does exist within the sideyard along the south side of the property to store the trailer. 2. Parking the trailer in the front yard would supersede the conditions, covenants, and restrictions for Seaport homes, as adopted by Newport Shores Builders Corporation on August 27, 1976.
