SUBJECT AV 92-3 - REQUEST TO ALLOW A TRAILER TO BE PARKED IN THE
FRONT YARD OF A SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENCE
Your application has been tentatively scheduled for Planning Director Review on May 8,
1992. In order for us to proceed, we must perform the noticing as required in Section
65091 of the California Government Code. If the required items are not received by April
23, 1992, your project will be rescheduled for a later hearing. In the event that the
scheduled hearing date is the last available date for the City to comply with the Permit
Streamlining Act, and the required noticing items have not been submitted, the project
will be scheduled for denial.
Please submit two sets of the required 300’ radius map, list of property owners, labels
for each property owner and for the applicant, and postage. Your application will not go
foward until these items have been received. Please sign the attached statement and
return it with your labels.

ASSESSOR'S OFFICE. THE PROJECT WILL NOT GO FORWARD UNTIL THIS
INFORMATION IS RECEIVED.
8. Propem Owners' List and Addressed Labels
A typewrirten list of names and addresses of all property owners within
a 300 foot radius of subject property (including the applicant and/or
owner). The list shall include the San Diego County Assessor's parcel
number from the latest assessment rolls.
- Two (2) separate sets of mailing labels of the property owners within
a 300 foot radius of subject property. For any address other than
single family residence, apartment or suite number must be included.
DO NOT TYPE ASSESSOR'S PARCEL NUMBER ON LABELS. ADDfiCant must submit SeDarate check to cover cost of Dostane.
9. 300 Foot Radius MaD
A map to scale not less than 1" = 200' showing each lot within 300 feet of the
exterior boundaries of the subject property. Each of these lots shall be
consecutively numbered and correspond with the property owneis list. The
scale of the map may be reduced to a scale acceptable to the Planning Director if the required scale is impractical.
