NOTICE OF REQUEST FOR ADMINI!XRATiVE VAIUANCE
Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a
reduction of the rear yard setback from 20 ft. to 11 ft. on a lot containing a single family
home in the R-1 Zone on property generally located at 1175 Stratford Lane, Carlsbad,
California, and more particularly described as:
All that portion of the Northwest Quarter of Section 6,
Township 12 south, Range 4 west, San Bernardino Meridian,
in the County of San Diego, State of California, according to
United States Government Survey approved October 25, 1875.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las
