RE: AV 92-06 - TAKAYAMA FENCE
The most recent resubmittal of your Administrative Variance, application no. AV 92-06, has been
reviewed by the Planning and Engineering Departments. The items requested from you earlier
to make your application complete have been received. It has been determined that your
application is now complete for processing. Although the initial processing of your application
may have already begun, the technical acceptance date is acknowledged by the date of this
communication.
Please note that although the application is now considered complete, there are issues that have
been discovered during project review. These issues must be addressed before staff can make a
determination on your variance request. In the course of processing your application, the City
may request that you clarify, amplify, correct, or otherwise, supplement the basic information required for the application.
