NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning commission of the City of Carlsbad will
hold a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad,
California, at 6:oO p.m. on Wednesday, January 18, 1995, to consider an appeal of the
Planning Director's decision to partially deny a request for an Administrative Variance to
allow an overheight wall in the front, side and rear yard setbacks of the single family residence on property generally located at 1095 Palm Avenue, in Local Facilities
Management Zone 1 and more particularly described as:
A Portion of Lot 19 in Block B of the Resubdivision of a Portion of AUes
Avocado Acres, according to Map No. 2027 in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the staff report will be available on and after January 12, 1995. If you

ext. 4499.
If you challenge the Administrative Variance Appeal in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice, or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public
hearing.
