Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow
existing reduced side yard setbacks on property generally located at 2383-2385 Ocean
Street, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Unit 1 and 2, Parcel Map 14585, City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California.
