Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a patio
cover to encroach 8'2" into the required 10' rear yard setback on property located at 2707
Southampton Road, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 225 of Carlsbad Tract No. 84-14 Unit No. 3, (Tamarack Point), in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map
thereof No. 11584, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San
Diego County, August 8, 1986.
If YOU have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal
hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las
