To whom it may concern:
The Board of Directors and the Architectural Committee of the Harbor Pointe Homeowners' Association approved a six foot by ten foot room addition for 813 Windward Ln. on November 29 , 1990. We found that the room addition was in keeping with the architecture of this community. Plan approval is designated on the Francavilla's copy of the plans and Architectural request form.
