NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning Commission of the City of Carlsbad will hold
a public hearing at the Council Chambers, 1200 Carlsbad Village Drive, Carlsbad,
California, at 6:OO p.m. on Wednesday, January 19, 1994, to consider an appeal of the
Planning Director's decision to deny a request for an Administrative Variance to allow a
reduced side yard setback for a single family home on property generally located at 813
Windward Lane in Planned Unit Development 67 and in Local Facilities Management Zone
22 and more particularly described as:
Lot 186 of Tract 8329 in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego.
Those persons wishing to speak on this proposal are cordially invited to attend the public
hearing. Copies of the sraff report will be available on and after January 13, 1994. [f YOU

If YOU challenge the Administrative Variance Appeal in court, you may be limited to raising
only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this notice
or in written correspondence delivered to the City of Carlsbad at or prior to the public
hearing.
