Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a reduced
front yard setback from 20 feet to 18 feet 3 inches on property generally located at 5535 El Arbol
Drive, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 177 of Terramar Unit No. 6 according to Map No. 4064, filed
in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
January 27, 1959.
If you have ‘any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing
to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice. If you have any
