Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow unenclosed
balconies, patios and decks to,encroach into the required rearyard setback of Lots 57-78 (PHASE
4) within CT 90-23, The Fairways, generally located southeast of Alicante Road and southwest
of Cork De La Vista in Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as
Lots 57-78 of Fairways, CT 90-23, according to Map No. 12906, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder on December 20, 1991.
A previous request included lots 135-146 (Phase 5) which have subsequently been withdm~~
from consideration.
