Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a 5'6" stucco .
wall within the front and sideyard setbacks on property generally located at 3006 Segovia Way,
Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as:
Lot 36 of Carlsbad Tract 73-02 (Santa Fe Glens), in the city of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to
map thereof No. 8059, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, January 22, 1975.
If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing
to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive,
