HomeMy WebLinkAboutAV 94-06; Wilson Residence; Administrative Variance (AV) (3)NOTICE OF REOUEST FOR ADMINISI'RAM VARIANCE Notice is hereby given that an administrative variance has been applied for to allow a 53 foot long and 6 foot high elevated patio deck to encroach 8 feet into a 10 foot required rear yard setback located adjacent to an 8.8 acre open space lot, per Section 21.46.120(7) of the Carlsbad Municipal Code on property generally located at 2607 Acuna Court, Carlsbad, California, and more particularly described as: Lot 91 of Carlsbad Tract No. 75-4, La Costa Estates, north in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map thereof No. 8302 filed in the Office of the County Recorder, San Diego County, May 5, 1976. If you have any objections to the granting of this variance or wish to have an informal hearing to discuss the requested variance, please notify the Planning Department, 2075 Las Palmas Drive, Carlsbad, California 92009, in writing within 10 days of the date of this notice.
